If you want to download the pictures do as follows:
1) Click on the picture with the right button of your mouse.
2) Select Guardar imagen como
3) Give a name for the picture, select where you want save it and
4) Click on Guardar.
Si quieres descargar las imágenes haz lo siguiente:
1) Con el botón derecho del ratón haz click sobre la imagen que quieras
2) Selecciona Guardar imagen como
3) Escribe un nombre para la imagen, selecciona el lugar donde la quieres guardar y
4) Haz click en el botón de Guardar.
